Commit Privileges is a bit of a misnomer at this point.
On a normal project, it's the right to modify the source code repository. With lily, it's more like perl's
PumpKing?.
Until 2.8.0,
GaranceDrosehn is the
PumpKing?. Any changes to the core need to go through him, as he's leading the drive for
NeededForRelease280.
Once 2.8.0 is out, control will (theoretically) revert to
CoKe.
Given the number of people writing MOO code at the moment (1 1/4?), this arrangement works, though, it is thought that putting lily into an easy to get to repository will increase the number of
ServerDevelopers. I certainly think and hope so.
